Creative Labs AWE64 & Mandrake 7.2

I am fairly new to Linux, and have got everything else running fine, but I get no sound. I have looked and can find no answers to my porb. I thought it may be a cconfilct issue with my WinTV tuner, but I removed that and still no sound. For devices I currently have: 3dFX VooDoo3 3000, REALmagic Hollywood Plus DVD Decoder card, 56K ISA Hardware modem, and the AWE64. Nay help aould be appreciated.

I assume you have run sndconfig (or the relevant Mandrake version maybe?)

I have, but i get a command not found error when I run it. I am stumped as all get out. I know that I had sound under red HAt 5.0, using sndconfig.
