I just noticed that Creative Lab's 64MB Muvo is on clearance for $99.99 at Circuitcity.com
64MB MUVO

There is a $20 rebate that expires 6/14. If you add in the MSN Dads and Grads rebate, you can get another $20 MSN bucks back in August.

So 99.99 - $20 MSN rebate - $20 rebate = $60 before tax.

And for you UPROMISE members, use a registered card to get another 2% back on the original purchase price (I didn't include that in the title).

I have that player and think its great. I use it for running and have never had a problem with it. Battery life is pretty good, considering that it runs on a single AA. And, it is great to just plug the thing into the USB and drag and drop. I always got annoyed with my old player, having to run it through Media Player or something.

Just be sure that you don't need an LED! Outside of that, its a great player....

I have read several reviews comparing similar mp3 players (plug it in and go - its seen as a hard drive-type things) which suggest that some lesser-known players are far superior to the MuVu.

Particularly, newegg.com has an Apacer Audio Steno BP300 (128mb 3-in-1 mp3 player/voice recorder/usb flash drive) for $76 + free s/h. I ordered it last week, and it got in today. Can't wait to get home from work to play with it!

Do some googling for Apacer Audio Steno review and you'll find some reviews.
