Creative Graphic Designer/Web Designer

finding a web designer is easy. finding a graphic designer is not that hard either. but i've had a b1tch of a time finding someone that can do both to do some freelance work. listed below are two sites that with the quality of work i'm looking for. anybody have some leads?

no, i know they aren't hard. just a little more creative and not as "professional" looking as most prof web designers are accustomed to. budget is maxed at 1k.
