Creative Audigy 2 ZS "beeping" problem

hi guys,

sorry ignored the last post. mistype a lot.

here is the right one :

just purchased audigy 2 ZS. Each time it plays music/used to play games that uses its technology, suddenly the speaker just beeping and the computer stop. I need to cut the power to restart it.

anyone know the solution?
 
Next time just edit your posts instead of posting the exact same thing.

I think we're gonna need some more info. What operating system? Are you running the latest drivers for the Audigy 2 ZS? Do you have any other sound cards? (you might have to disable them, if you haven't already) I'm probably forgetting something, just list as much info as possible.

yup I just downloaded the latest drivers.

I dont have any other soundcards. Actually I use Dell computer as a base to put my audigy 2 ZS. So i dont really know if there is on board sound card. Is there any way I can check it? (before, they put sound blaster live! on the pci and i changed it with audigy).
