Creative 5700 or Megaworks 5.1D

Hello,

I have a new PC that I built and I'm using the Audigy Platinum soundcard.
The Dimensions of my room are 7.5'x11.5' and I'm considering the 5700's or
the Megaworks 5.1D.

I would rather buy the Megaworks 5.1d but I'm afraid that my room is not big
enough for the Megaworks and will be too loud.

Any opinions?

I'd go with the megaworks. You can always turn down the volume. That way you can have speakers that will still sound good if you turn them up loud for some reason.

Why not just get the Logitech z560? They'll sound as good as the Megaworks, be cheaper, and wont destroy any foundationing
