Creative 5.22 drivers Good/Bad?

I've got a Creative TNT2U that I've been running Creative 3.77 drivers on for awhile now with no problems. Has anyone had problems with the new Creative 5.22 drivers? Are they a lot faster than the 3.77s? I don't want to upgrade unless there's a decent performance improvement.
