It describes everything you are saying and anything else that is actually true for an atheist because that is what the word means.

I would say that a god probably does not exist, i won't go further than that because then i would make a positive statement and i would be required to provide evidence to support it.

That's not a definition, angry person, and you have no basis to insist that to deny god's existence requires such a positive statement. You said god probably doesn't exist, which means you are denying his existence as much as anyone sensibly can, you god's existence denier, you.
