Creating Windows 8 install for USB key

I did the online upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 8. Everything went great. I've recently ordered new internals for my PC and will need to re-install Windows 8. I didn't download an iso that I can flash to a USB key, as most articles online are suggesting I do.

How can I, from a Windows 8 machine, create a USB key to begin the install process on a new/rebuilt machine?

The original post did. I don't actually have the iso because I just upgraded, and that thread explains a few different ways I can actually get a bootable disk (usb or dvd).
