Creating user policies in XP

I need to lock down the family pc. All I want to do is create a policy that restricts limated users accounts from being able to delete files and folders outside of their My Documents folder. Can this be done. Thanks

Start>Run>gpedit.msc and push enter.?
Or use NTFS permissions on the folders you want to restrict

GPEdit (or GPOs) are only available in a domain environment.
NTFS permissions are what you need. Be aware, some applications may break when you start removing write access to certain folders.

And the application you want to look up is CACLS.EXE. But I am scratching my head thinking if something in XP Home does not do some of what is required. Don't do enough with Home to remember.
