Creating Training Videos of my Desktop

I would like to create a few small training videos for some people at work that would involve recording my desktop as I work. What is the best software to do this? Is there anything free or low cost?

Thanks!

ScreenFlow is the hands-down the best I've ever used. Think Camtasia but for Mac. $99 here:

It records the screen, webcam/DV cam, mic, and system sounds. The capture quality is very, very good. It has a built-in editor, so you don't have to use iMovie or Final Cut to do the editing, plus built-in callouts (like highlighting a circle around the mouse as a visual cue).

There is also a free app that I used to use... I will have to post back when I remember what it was called. I haven't had to use it for about a year though and have re-installed a few times since then (I like to muck about... Tiger, Leopard beta, Tiger for about 2 hours, Leopard)

Screenflow does look amazing...unfortunately I have not been by my office in over 6 months...so I haven't had a chance to upgrade to Leopard.

I found free program called Copernicus that doesn't have may frills and has locked up on me once...but seems to do enough for me to get by. I'll definitely be checking out Screenflow once I update to Leopard.
