Creating/Sending HTML formatted emails

Howdy,

I'm looking for information on creating and sending HTMl formatted emails. I want to start up a newsletter for people in my organization and want to send it out formatted to look like a web page with articles, links, pictures, etc. I've never done this before and I'm not sure if it's as simple as creating a web page and then copying the html into an email, or if there's a better way. Also is there any software specifically to do this? I use FrontPage to make the web sites but don't see anything about HTML emails in there.

If anyone can help or offer advice, that'd be great.

Most times, its as simple as just sending an email with all the HTML in it. If your using Outlook express, make sure email is set to send in HTML format.

Try www.listrak.com if you have the money, its a pretty cool service.
