Creating Reg Scripts to customize fresh XP Install

The title pretty much says it all. Whenever I do a fresh install of XP (and one is coming up on my lappy), I end up doing a lot of customizations. I would love to be able to get a list together of reg keys that I change (I have one going) and put them all into one of those reg script files and just double-click--done. Can anyone give me a rundown of the syntax needed or at least point me to a resource? I googled it and came up with very little. Thanks!iu

That is a sweet program. I used it just to slipstream my other copy of XP Pro with SP2, but I will def use the other advanced options that I just learned about, thanks!
But I also need to know how to create my own .reg file with my reg customizations in it. There are a number that nLite just doesn't handle, and I would love to apply those in one click. Thanks!
