Creating an ISO from multiple CDs?

Now that XP SP3 is available for download, I'm making new slipstreamed CDs for my computers using Autostreamer. In particular, my HTPC uses XP MCE 05 retail which is spread out over two CDs - I remember it asking for the second when installing.

So what I want to do is make a single ISO of those two CDs, with SP3 slipstreamed in, and burn it onto a DVD.

Is possible? If so, how? If not, why?
