Creating a shortcut to open an URL in IE

I use Firefox as my default browser but some web applications, like MS CRM and Outlook Web Access that I use at work do not work with Firefox. I'd like to put a shortcut on my desktop to these apps, but I want IE to open them instead of Firefox. Is there any command switch or somethign I can use? A regular shortcut to those web addresses will obviously open Firefox.

What happenes if you put a shortcut to the IE browser and then modifiy the start parameters to point to the desired URL?
