How do I create a restricted user in Windows 2000. I would like to create a user that can just use the startbar and nothing else.
 
What do you not want them to have access to? I mean, a regular user can only use the apps that have already been installed. They cannot install new apps, nor can they modify the hardware.
 
I don't want the user to have any desktop icons, or the ability to browse the harddrive contents.
