Could someone give me step-by-step instructions for creating a RAID array w/ 2 Western Digital IDE 80GB HDDs? Thanks in advance
 
do you have a raid controller? if so you would use the interface while your computer is booting to do it.

if you don't have a raid controller you can still make a software raid but you can't boot off of it. you would go to disk management and creat a striped dynamic disk
