Creating a headless PC

I want to use a old PC to run a kiosk at the lobby at work. I need the PC to be able to boot and logon onto windows without a mouse and keyboard attach and everything will be control remotely. Does anyone know how to create a headless PC or link me to somewhere that could help?

There's nothing to know. Set up the computer how you want it, like normal. Make sure you can control it remotely (using vnc or rdp, I assume). Then power it off, unplug the keyboard and mouse, and power it back on.

Just make sure the BIOS isn't set to halt on lack of keyboard.
