I'm keeping track of all the food that I eat on a daily basis and what time I eat the particular food.
I'm wondering what the best way to go about entering this information into my computer to get things like a breakdown of when I eat the most food, how much of each food I'm eating, etc...
Should I try to come up with something in MS Access? Excel? Write my own program? Is there software available to do this?
I'm not sure if I should just list particular food items in the food category they fall under. Should I make separate entries for something like Grapefruits, or should I just stick it under "Fruits and Veggies"?
