Create Clients Signature using Exchange - Possible?

Hello,

We have many clients in our company and its hard to setup the signature one by one, it will take alot of time..

Is there any way to manage and create the Signature from the Exchange server directly to the clients without physically creating it in outlook for every one?

I'm not sure if that's been added to Exchange 2010 or newer, not that you even included the version of Exchange that you're using, but there are 3rd party products such as Exclaimer that will do what you want.

You can sort-of do something like this with transport rules, but the downside is that it appends to EVERY message, regardless of if it's a reply or if it's already been added. You might be able to scan the body of the message in some way to filter out ones that have already had the signature added.
