i have an existing catalog that i would like to make into a catalog cd.
the catalog involves an assortment of products in a single image/picture.
id like the user to be able to select each product by moving there mouse over it and clicking it.

when they click it, it should bring them to a product page like you see there. is there any software that will do this easily or do i have to get down and dirty with flash? i assume the best way will be with xml / dynamic , but i have no idea where to start.
