Creashes in SiSandra memory test - no overclocking

I constantly get BSOD immediately when I start a memory test in SiSoft Sandra. I have been also using memtest86 - it runs for hours with no problems. I don't have any other problem and every other application/game seems to run just fine. Other than that, the system seems to be stable and run fine for days on.

I have two DDR memory sticks of Corsair's CM64SD256-2400C2. All timings in BIOS are set to "Autodetect". I run the system at 133MHz FSB.

Other relevant stuff:

Motherboard: FIC AD11
CPU: Athlon TB 1.333GHz

I do not overclock anything.

Any help appreciated

Sandra does that sometimes. I wouldn't worry about it.
