On my Dell 1800FP LCD i've been noticing lots of vertical lines that look like "creases". The lines are vertical across the whole screen, but most noticable to the right of center. The lines go from top to bottom and are spaced about 0.1" apart. They're not completely straight, a little wavy and not perfectly parallel with each other. They're most noticable on semi-dark colors like purple. The "creased" areas appear a little bit darker. Any ideas what this could be? I'm using the DVI input from a Radeon 9800 Pro OEM.

up the refresh rate under control panel>display>monitor to the max refresh rate

that should fix your problem.

The 1800FP (as well as most LCD's) uses 60Hz. Anything other than 60Hz will lead to image degradation.

joshw10, it sounds like you are getting interference. Try the display on another computer and see what happens.
