CRC Errors...Hard drive or Memory

I am trying to overclock via the FSB and I have run into some trouble...I keep getting CRC errors when trying to unzip zip files and unpack .cab files at 8882222 mem settings but no other noticeable errors. I have the system below running at 145 FSB right now with settings mem at 88822.522. After raising the CAS latency to 2.5 from 2 I was able to install the zip files. I am hoping to get a few opinions on whether or not this sounds like a HD problem or a memory problem and if there is anyway to tell which is the culprit. Does anyone have the HD that has experience running at higher FSB's? I think quite a few AT folks picked them up when they were at staples in the HotDeals forum. As always, any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Jason
