Crazy "Zombie" Mail Problem

I gotta be quick here, ok, my parents mail (Outlook) was having problems because I installed a new Hard drive and it changed the drive letters around. I got everything right now but These 3 emails (which seem to have nothing significant about them) keep reappearing every time I either restart Outlook or if I change folders (say to trash can) and back. I've tried everything i could think of to delete it (which wasn't much) Help would be much appreciated
