Why in Hell would a woman attack a young child with a knife like that for? She must hate children for some reason(s).

lol, just say "not USA," then.

...or hope that most at least understand that Tblisi is not in the USA (hell, there probably is a town called Tblisi somewhere in the US....)

Because she hates the child she used to be and the mother that made her hate herself. It's very simple. Her life was stolen from her and she doesn't now want anybody else to have any. Plus, she lives in a world of ignorance that couldn't teach her this about herself or offer her support when she needed it. In this way all of this is on us. We would rather stay asleep than know how we feel.
