Crazy video, looking for different version

If this is the video that has been all over the news for the past week I'm going to ask that you get a one week vacation for wasting my time.
 
I highly doubt it. I'm sure the only angle they have is that one and it's in the car, and it looks like he is too far away to catch any audio.
