Crazy vegas fight

Had to watch this a few times to get what was going on but here's what I gathered:

Guy in red shorts pisses off a group of 2 guys and 2 girls, gets knocked over by them but not badly hurt. While on the ground a random ninja clears those guys off, allows red shorts to leave, threatens further damage to the group doing the jumping but backs off when he realizes they don't want any part of it.

Guy in black knocks one of the attackers down, and guy in red shorts looking for swift revenge, delivers a cheap-ass kick in the head that easily could've killed the guy or at least left him with permanent brain damage.
