Pretty easy pink boss once you figured it out:

1. Use shotgun only and aim for the head. Aiming at his belly is useless.
2. He shoots fire from his mouth. Duck and shoot him in the head
3. He spits on a worm. Jump over and shoot him in the head.
4. He summons a lightning bolt. Before the lightning strikes, he lowers his shield. Shoot him in the head before he can finish the lightning attack.

That's it. About 5-6 times in the head and he's gone.
