Ive got an el cheap-o sound card, which has always been fine until now. Now Im only getting one stream. So, say Im on some instant messenger. I can here the little dings just fine. Fire up the winamp and i get my goldfinger, but no IM dings. I like to listen to music while playing UT, so this could be a problem. This happened to anybody before?
 
i had a SB LIVE! for a while and never had a problem like that. i'd suggest just reinstalling the card. pull it, uninstall drivers, plug it back in and download the new drivers from Creative. good luck.
