Crazy rapist deserves life!

Okay, hope this doesn't get locked (you know those moderators).

A friend of mine was asked out on a date by a guy who lived near her. She said he seemed nice enough. He drove her out to dinner, then instead of bringing her home, he drove her to a remote place where he raped her.

She pressed charges, ofcourse. She was pretty beatened up and torn in the vaginal area. The court case is about to start.

The problem is that now, he's demanding to see the pics of her torn vaginal area. Saying he has a right to do so.

There was a case exactly like this in Florida recently. The courts ruled that the rapist had a right to the pictures of his victim, but then the warden of the prison declared them "banned materials" and told the guy to go fsck himself.

Well, he didn't say that's why the rapist was crazy. He's crazy b/c he's a rapist.

I am glad she pressed charges. Many women are too terrified after such an ordeal and do nothing about it. When they get recover enough to do something, too much of the evidence is gone.

yeah unless he has the medical expertise to evaluate those pictures, a report from a trained court appointed expert would be more than sufficient

Ok, I could see his lawyer asking for them to prepare his case, but if the guy just wants them as, say, a trophy? Well that's just not right.

he as the defendant has no right to the pics unless he is defending himself. if a lawyer is defending him, the lawyer must make the request and keep the pics. besides, vaginal tearing evidence from a photo can only prove that it was done, not by whom.

I hope this scum bag goes to jail, cause even in jail prisoners have a code and that is rapeers and people that harm children are the lowest form of scum and will most likely die in jail.

The guy that raped my mom when i was 2, was killed in jail.

Prison sex isn't about sex. It's about dominance, control, power, and punishment. Lots of people are in prison for things like robbery, fraud, or drug dealing. These people often have wives, children, and other family on the outside. Rapists and molestors aren't viewed in a good light. Not to say that carjacking is "good", but on the scale of Butch to Bitch, it's a lot higher up than a pedophile.

They'll see him in the shower for sure.
