At MEPS they just give you a good once over. No real physical testing as in how many pushups you can do. Your recruiter should give you an idea of what you will need to be able to do before you get to basic.

That's the stuff I'm looking for. They need to know what areas of my knees to target so that I can pass those basic mobility tests.
