crazy overclocking idea: suggestions needed

I have been considering trying to create a computer where i completely immerse the mobo, cpu and ram in a non-conductive fluid. Since flourinert is expensive and toxic, I want to perform an experiment with de-ionized water. My understanding is that DI water is noncunductive, but it could corrode the metal, and then become conductive. Well I think i'd coat all the parts with rustoleum or some other teflon sealant. I woudl of course not seal off the cpu socket or connecting pins for ram, until after i have installed those.

So, I need suggestions for old, very cheap parts that I can use to try this out and overclock the board. I plan on keeping the PSU and of course monitor outside the tank, so I only need ram, cpu, and mobo, and vid card. It would be nice to have onboard video. I am thinking an old celeron. Since the crazy idea will prolly fail, it needs to be as cheap as possible.

Any suggestion on parts?

And comments on how stupid this is?
