i have this MS Arc wireless kb.
after upgrading from win7 to win10, the kb went nuts with some applications open.
with VLC opened, if i hit spacebar, it used to pause the video or resume vid. now, hitting any kb shortcut such as spacebar.... all inputs from kb and mouse are useless. no way to input. have to force shut down by pressing the power button and wait 10 seconds.
with other programs, forgot which, if i press the same key, it would output different characters each time i press the same key!
please help
