received my stick of the ValueRAM two days ago. Got a chance to try it out today. It's Hyundai chips. Runs fine on my Abit KT7 system with T-bird 800. Does PC133 just fine, but as soon as I turned it up to CAS2, computer won't even boot. Sandra reports the RAM to be PC133 also. Looks ok to me for 25 bucks, just don't run CAS2 with it.

If I order before the rebate expired, but was not shipped on the 2nd, should I refuse it? Because I only want it if I can get $20 back.

My P2B-D only does 112MHz with my dual P3-500's. I was whining (er, commenting) that at 112MHz I had to go into the CMOS and change the setting off of "By SPD". You'd think it could read the chip at that bus speed from a PC133 module! Heck, the 32MB PC100 module I just got free from Staples for buying a Maxtor hard drive for the mother-in-law worked fine at 112MHz in my P2B-D (yeah, it already has 256MB - but it had an empty slot, what the heck!)

just checked that rebate status- approved, cool, thanks for the link. Extra 128MB is nice.

Alyosha:
How do you check the rebate status. Also, how long after you sent in your rebate did you find out it was accepted. I sent in my rebate 2 weeks ago.
