crazy FSB speeds?

I have an Epox 8k7a with 256MB Crucial DDR, I've been able to post and get into the bios with the following FSB speeds: (I didn't try loading windows because of fear of data corruption)
The Ram timings were left at auto.

At default RAM voltage (+.1V):
175(350 DDR)

At +.3V:
185 (370 DDR)

At +.4V:
190 (380 DDR)

Is this normal? I know an increased FSB is a good way to increase performance but I don't want to damage anything.
Other components in my system:
Radeon LE
Santa Cruz sound card
WD 40G Hard Drive
I have a D-Link network card that I didn't add yet.
