Crazy Excel Error

So one guy at the office pulls up a formula and it just shows the ROUND function and the necessary cell call-outs.

MROUND(((B9*3)-1.5)*D9,2)+E9


Another person opens up the same file from a shared directory and gets the following:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\LIBRARY\Analysis\ATPVBAEN.XLA'!MROUND(((B9*3)-1.5)*D9,2)+E9

Any ideas why this differs depending upon who opens it and from where?
 
Yah that's where I started and it didn't work. I finally fixed it by manually kicking off the file and then opening the sheet in excel. Unchecked all of his add-ins,restarted, re-checked then everything worked. No idea what caused it to suddenly start today though but its working now...
