After the Windows splash screen loads, the computer just displays a black screen with a movable cursor. I can move the cursor around but it's not helpful at all since there's nothing to click on. Right clicking does not work.
I can't pull up task manager (control/alt/del) either. Seems like it's just stuck trying to load the last bit of the OS or something.
Safe mode yields the same result. Blank, non-interactive screen (although it does say Safe Mode in the corners).
This is a Dell Laptop running XP with SP2. Any ideas?? Pleaseeeeeeee?
