Poser is a toy. it isn't for modeling. it gives you a bunch of preset people to "pose" and use in scenes.

yeah Maya has a renderer but it isn't the very best.

None of these guys use Poser, and Poser's renderer isn't very good at all; this is how they do it.

There are a number of good modelling programs out there, and some very good renderers as well.
 
So when are we actually going to see this implemented with 100+ fps in consumer games/software/other stuff. 🙂

For that, we'll have to wait for the GeForce 12 or the Radeon 17500
