Do you mean the one where Shanahan comes flying across and tackles Roy before he can be 3rd man in to another fight ? And it ended up being Roy vs. Vernon ?

I just hit up the owner of hockeyfights.com (went to HS with him) and he showed it to me... he asked me not to link it though because he hasn't posted it (for whatever reason).

Anyway, it was an ok fight... the actual fight between the goalies was better in the one you actually linked...

When you mentioned brawl, I thought of the multi-fight game between the Sens and Philly in 03/04.

blasphemy. Anyway there will likely be fewer fights this year in the NHL because they are forced to skate around like ballerinas and can hardly touch their opponents. At least we'll see some more scoring.

Ha, see that's everyone's problem here in Detroit... We can't go a year without a sweet hockey brawl or there's consequences (Ron Artest fiasco, Tigers/Royals brawl, etc.).

I still think the greatest I've seen (not counting the flyers/ottawa one) was between The Red Wings and St. Louis blues like 2 years ago when it all went crazy and they actually let Shanahan beat the hell outta someone (I forget who). Then, after like 5 other mini-fights broke out Joe Kocur threw a chair on the ice, etc. etc. etc. That was pretty sweet.
