Crashing XP

After installing a Soltek SL-75DRV2, 1600XP+(unlocked) & 2 stips 256DDR(crucial), I formated my C: drive and installed Windows XP (Pro). I downloaded the latest drivers from Hercules (1.02 Full Version) after re booting XP detected the Fortissimo 2 and began installing the drivers, however as it instaled the WMD driver the system froze (left it for 20 min) & I had to hit the restart button. Then windows would freeze on the Welcome screen.
I have reformatted my hard drive, downloaded the driver set again, re installed XP(Pro) , tried a different PCI slot. The only way to get into Windows, after tring to install the card, is to select use last known good profile & remove card from PC.
