EVGA SuperNova G2 850W
GSkill Bdie 3600mhz running at 3600mhz 14-15-14-30-42-288 and dram calc fast subtimings

So i got an annoying problem.. i get crashed without bluescreen and they happen seldom and cant get forced with stress test programs. First goes the monitors, turn black, then PC just crashes and reboots, no bluescreen. Windows log says its a critical error, but with no bluescreen i cant pinpoint it further. It can go up to 2 weeks in between so its kinda hard to try someting and you have to wait that long.

I know it might be the mem that is unstable since its the only thing i overclocked..but i tested it with Karhu memtest several times and always passes. Im kinda stubborn to leave it overclocked since it provide nice fps boosts in game.

I made a log:

2020-08-13: updated to lasted bios , E7B93AMS.170
results:

2020-07-25: Mem voltage again 1.45 + new amd chipset drivers + PBO off
results: same fault.. lasted i 12 days..

2020-07-17: mem voltage back to 1.45 to see if the error happens more often with less dram voltage + connected last cpu power 4 pin connector, now all of them connected (8+4)..
results: same fault.. lastedi 8 days..

2020-07-07: mem voltage back to1.45 to see if the error happens more often with less dram voltage + new radeon drivers..
results: same fault.. lasted 10 days..

2020-07-04: mem voltage back to1.45 to see if the error happens more often with less dram voltage + updated windows
results: same fault.. lasted 3 days..

2020-06-29: mem voltage back to1.45 to see if the error happens more often with less dram voltage
results: same fault.. lasted 5 days..

2020-06-26: mem voltage back to1.45 to see if the error happens more often with less dram voltage
results: same fault.. lasted 3 days

2020-06-18: CPPC och CPPC prefered core set to auto, was off
results: same fault

2020-06-04: dram voltage to 1.47
results: same fault .. lasted 14 days

2020-06-03: dram voltage till 1.46
results: same fault

2020-06-02: dram voltage 1.45
results: same fault

2020-05-31: dram voltage 1.44
results: same fault

Things to try:
- increase dram vref voltage from 0.725 to little bit more - AMD Robert says max 0.9.. so quite more to use
- add dram calc power settings.. now its all auto..since i dont want to use OC voltage settings since i run the cpu stock
- use old graphic card
- last effort, dont want to go there lol... is to run mem stock xmp settings ;)

Anyone had similar problem?
