Both drivers survived. Believe it or not, the driver in the blue car was hurt worse than the driver in the yellow car that got hit.

and to anyone else wondering, yes, those cars are meant to break apart like that. It's the roll cage inside that's supposed to stay solid and keep the driver alive 😉
