Crash after installing RE5 and windows live essentials

I started playing WOW cataclysm and installed Resident Evil 5 and windows live essentials, went to play wow and got orange screen crashon intro video or if I boot into game after less than a minute. De-installed Resident Evil 5 and windows live essentials and everything works fine again. This is a brand new I7-950 build with 12 gigs of ram and a 5870. Is this because resident evil 5 was a free game from NVIDIA download that came from buying my 470 for other computer? DRM issue? Anyone have similar issues and a fix? I searched resident evil 5 and got lots of blue screen issues so I think its that? Running windows 7 64.

UPDATE: re installed windows live essentials and all is ok, must be RE5

Ok, my bad, I did run memtest before and it tested ok, but this seems to be a ram problem, not the game, just didn't want to give re5 a bad rap when it turns out its my machine. I set the ram to 1333 and seems to cure it.
