Just as I was hating this cold weather, we hit 80 flipping degrees Saturday, I decided to call into the office and low and behold they closed for the day. W00t W00t. So now I'm working from home because we still have to support other divisions and have projects to complete. Now I actually spend some time working on them.

So for today only I am saying thank you snow and ice! I much prefer working from home.

I have all the ability to work from home or wherever I want really outside of face to face meetings but perception is that you never work.

The wife and I laid out by the pool Sat afternoon. We actually got quite sweaty. Amazing the diff in 24 hours. (Also in Dallas)

And totally get the perception of WFH. Is what it is though!

I just swapped Xi2s for Pilot Super Sports. Didn't expect the temps to drop so suddenly - driving is out of the question.

What area are you in? It's almost "normal" on the main roads - tollway was a breeze this AM. With the sun making it's way out, even the side roads are starting to melt.

In Farmers Branch (Alpha Rd / Preston Rd). Things were alright by mid-day.
