crappy asus support in INDIA

Hokay. Like most A8N-SLI DLX owners, my chip fan also failed. After going through some forums, I found people getting replacement fans WITHOUT surrendering their mobos. Now I was told by my dealer here that it will take 20 DAYS AND I WILL HAVE TO SURRENDER MY MOBO ALSO. THIS IS HEIGHTS!!!!

Are you sure? My dealer said that Asus is supplying NB fans separately and if mine fails on the A8N-E, he will obtain one and fix it for me at my place.
