just built new computer and turned it on and no fan, no lights no nothing. Unplugged ps from motherboard and jumped out green and black wire and fan doesn't turn on also checked for voltage with voltmeter and have none.

Going to remove everything tomorrow and install outside of case with the bare minium hooked up and see what happens. Luckily I have a Antec 500 watt but don't think I can use my new GTX480 with it.....damn piss poor day!

1. Ensure that the I/O switch on the power supply is switched to "I".
2. Make sure all the appropriate power connectors are properly connected to the motherboard and peripherals.
3. If the system still does not turn on, please turn off the power supply through the I/O switch a few seconds to reset the protection circuits, then switch to the "I" status again.

If your power supply still fails to operate after checking all the steps, please return the power supply for warranty service.

Its 1/0 not I/O. I'd be surprised if its the power supply, but yes it can happen... Have another computer to test the psu on or another psu to test your new rig on?
