Crap...I tried to fail a class

Okay lets say I never went to a class at all, and guessed on both midterms and final. And then my scrore for the final was recorded as a zero....I didn't bring it up because I wanted to fail. It isn't a hard class, but unless i fail I won't get an A which is what I want. And the only way to get an A would be to fail. Now you may think "oh thats cheap!!! Anyone can get an A the second time through!" But I went to class a total of FOUR TIMES. Midterms, Finals and the first lecture. And I prefer to go every lecture but this was an interesting quarter in that sense to where I couldn't. Anyways, i didn't learn anything...so I don't see why I should pass!!

And now I passed with a B =_= I just sent a professor to the e-mail telling him I 1/2 assed everything in that class and don't feel deserving of my grade...so i don't see why I should be passed...

...hrmm he said no grade changes, but maybe he'll listen since this isn't the normal request.
 
Ok, I've gotta ask. WHY did you want to intentionally fail a class?

He must be allowed to retry the class if he fails.

Not sure what school OP is from, but I have friends who went to Florida State that tell me about how they could retake a class to get better grades.

At my college a D or worse was required to retake a class.
 
Who said it was a parody? I'm dead serious!!!!

I took both midterms...but I felt I really didn't learn anything. So I figured "eh go to the final why not" and I played guessing. But I did know how to do some of the problems from the previous course in the series and from one of my engineering classes. And I got a Zero recorded as my grade for a final. So I was like "PERFECT!!!! Now I can fail the class!" so I can take it later and actually pay attention.

And I still got a B...the stupid curve was a C+. I did do good on both Midterms...but it was MC so I was just happily checking random things for fun.

Exactly!!! IF i fail it'll go on my record that I ha d to take it twice, but I'm fine with that. I just feel I kinda cheated out other from their grades because of freak midterm grades....I think I opened the book for this course (there is A B and C of the series...I'm referring to "C" of the series) MAYBE once? But that was probably to get some value for my other class...
 
You wanted to fail, but you went in and took the tests anyway? You're so fvcking stupid that you can't even fail a class right.
 
lLol I only wanted to fail after I realized that I didn't learn crap 8 weeks through the class 😉 I was busy with other classes...especially with math since i had a senile teacher and spent a lot of time at tutoring and reading the book (which actually isn't that bad if you bother to spend time to read math books!). I was also busy with a Chemical Engineering class that I was doing a lot of studying for, and then I had other things to do...
...that in the end, waking up for my 8AM class was just to damn hard and I never found time to sreally sit and study for it...

Lol farm? Well I'm not sure if I wanna give that out 😉 My profile should give an idea since i'm abouy 1.25 hours away from it but that reduces it to about 100 colleges or so 😉


My biggest problem was that I took 1C (its actually Chemistry...I got an A in 1B and never bothered with 1A because of the AP test) this fall vs in the spring. And the only ppl taking it right now are second rate BIO majors...and god damn they are all freaking stupid (no offense to them, but a lot are. I doubt most will continue in their quest for premed) how could they screw me over like this!! Had this been spring with all the cut throat premeds willing to slit throats for 1% and the rest of the engineers I would have failed for SURE...ugh.
