Crap! I think the new cingular phone i bought is broken.....

New Sony Ericsson T637 phone which i purchased though Sam's Club.... The vibrate function on the phone has yet to work, no matter what i set it for.....

The thing that sucks is this was the last 637 they had, and they werent getting any more... I wonder what my options are now....

I bought it yesterday, and i would return it... Except this was the last one they had, AND the price was more than $75 cheaper than i can get it anywhere else....

Gonna call tech support tomm and hope they might know a quick fix... If not, i may end up buying one from amazon...

This is the only candybar style BT phone they have, my options are limited.

it's probbaly covered under warranty.
if you done mind waiting a couple of days just send it in for repair.
They might ahve a rapid exchange program type thing.
