you know how the ibuprofen type medicines tell you only to take 1? Well, my doc has me taking 3 a day, 3 times a day for resperatory wall inflammation (basically pleurisy)... been doing this for 4 days (3 left) and I'm still ticking...

It's doing a LOT of it or a decent amount of a long period of time that you have to worry about
