I thought it was a cramp at first... but now I'm thinking its a strained hamstring (middle). Its probably not too bad, but it is pretty tender... I'm using rest/ice/compress/ibuprofen to care for it. I was well stretched, just landed funny and shocked the muscle.

Any other advice? When shoudl I start running on it again?

Treatment may depend upon the severity of the injury, with third degree strains requiring a doctor's evaluation. In general the following tips are used for most muslce strains.

* [LI}After an injury it's important to rest the injured muscle, sometimes for up to two or three weeks. RICE - Rest, apply Ice and Compression. Elevate the leg if possible.
* An anti-inflammatory can be helpful to reduce pain and inflammation.
* A stretching program can be started as soon as the pain and swelling subsides.
* A strengthening program should be used to rebuild the strength of the injured muscle in order to prevent re-injury. Make sure you increase this gradually.
* A thigh wrap can be applied to provide support as the muscle heals.

DO NOT DO ANY PHYSICAL EFFORT MORE THAN WALKING, it happened to me on Summer break last year, back then I hadn't played soccer in a long time I was so excited I didn't bother warming up, I shot a powerful ball and then 30 minutes after that my right thigh felt really weird. My mistake is that I kept going.

GO SEE A PHYSICAL THERPAIST for sports injuries immediately!! I had to go through 2 months of physical therapy that could have been an easy 3 weeks of therapy hadn't I stressed my right thy anymore than I should have.

Let it heal. After it heals, stretch before and after running.

As for what ails me, I have a sore throat and all together feel pretty crappy. Going to the doctor later today.

Oh and what ails me is that I have problem that can be either attributed to a TMJ Disorder or a wisdom tooth growing in a tight space (or growing in a wrong orientation).

IT HURTS AS HELL. I have never experienced so much pain in my entire life. It's causing me tension headaches like I have never experienced before, in addition it caused my ears to be infected and they hurt too, and my mouth hurts every time I open it.

IF ANYONE CAN ADVICE ME ON THE TOPIC I AM DESPERATE FOR INFORMATION!

Go to a doctor.

The only doctor that I can see with my expenses covered is a thousand miles away, and I am not going to be able to get a leave of my assignment at work until May, because this isn't a simple leave I need to be able to see my doctor and prep for some kind of oral surgery, so for now I am popping Teylenol it keeps %90 of the pain away, but without it I go bananas!
